Through our renowned Chess Academy, we offer specialised chess training in Cape Town for individuals of all ages and abilities — both individually and for teams and coaches.

Club meetings are held every Saturday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Curro Durbanville Primary School.
Yes. The African Chess Lounge is open to all levels: from beginners to tournament players. You can simply come and start playing.
Typically, these are casual games, blitz, and rapid formats, game analysis, practice, and communication. You can come alone — we will find an opponent for you.
Options: Monthly — R100, 6 Months — R500, Annual — R900. For participation details, please check with the organisers.
There are individual 1-on-1 sessions, group training, a High Performance programme, and masterclasses.
